Beacon Hill is seeking a Billing Analyst to support the finance team with billing operations and customer inquiries. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing invoices and account information, researching issues, and assisting with process improvements to enhance customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience working in a ticketing or customer support environment preferred
• Zendesk and/or NetSuite experience a plus, but not required

Billing Analyst - Hybrid / Boston, MA Our client, a consumer products organization, is seeking a Billing Analyst to support the finance team with billing operations and customer inquiries. This role focuses on managing billing-related requests, assisting with account documentation, and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of routine billing matters.
