Beacon Hill is seeking a Billing Analyst to support the finance team with billing operations and customer inquiries. The role is hybrid in Boston, MA, and focuses on handling routine billing matters, documenting accounts, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing invoices and account information, researching issues, and assisting with process improvements to enhance customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience working in a ticketing or customer support environment preferred
• Zendesk and/or NetSuite experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Respond to billing inquiries and customer requests
• Provide billing documentation, invoices, and account-related information
• Research and resolve routine billing issues
• Prioritize and manage incoming requests in a timely manner
• Partner with finance, sales, and other internal teams to support billing operations
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative billing activities
• Support ongoing process improvements and customer service efforts
