Job summary

Beacon Hill is partnering with a leading entertainment company seeking a Billing Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will support the full billing cycle, including invoice preparation, contract review, expense tracking, reconciliations, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Responsibilities include preparing and processing client invoices, reviewing engagement agreements and billing schedules for accuracy, tracking billable expenses,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or project accounting experience.
• Experience in professional services, media, entertainment, or similar environments preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; Oracle experience a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
