Job summary

Beacon Hill in New Jersey is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and customer billing inquiries. You will ensure accuracy, timely processing, and maintain customer records within the accounting system.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of billing or AR experience.
• Experience with high-volume billing activities.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices.
• Process billing adjustments, credits, and corrections as needed.
• Review billing data for accuracy prior to submission.
• Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments for accurate billing information.
