Job summary

SNI Companies in Andover is seeking a Billing Customer Service Specialist for a temporary-to-hire position with our insurance client. You will accurately process daily payments, review checks and electronic payments for accuracy, handle refunds, and monitor billing tasks and system updates.

You should be proficient in MS Office Suite and have an Associate's degree in accounting or business preferred. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:15am–4:30pm, with summer hours Fridays until 3:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Process daily payments and review checks and e-payments for accuracy.
• Set up automated payment plans and monitor billing tasks for errors.

Job description

Billing Customer Service Specialist temporary to hire position for an established insurance client located in Andover. Duties: Accurately process daily payments, review checks and electronic payments for accuracy, handle refunds, set up automated payment plans, monitor and resolve billing tasks, errors and system updates. Provide support for complex billing questions and issues. Must be proficient MS Office Suite. Associate's degree in accounting or business preferred. The schedule is Monday- Friday, 8:15am-4:30pm. Summer hours on Friday 8:15am to 3:00pm. Pay $22 to $24 an hour depending on experience.
