Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist for a respected full-service law firm. You will manage the full billing lifecycle, prepare and finalize client invoices, review prebills, and ensure timely electronic submissions.

You will monitor invoice status, resolve billing issues, support month-end close, and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, clients, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of legal billing experience within a law firm.
• Experience with multiple eBilling platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker, CounselLink, TyMetrix).
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills and clear communication.

Are you an experienced legal billing professional looking for your next opportunity? In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and finalizing client invoices, reviewing prebills, processing billing adjustments, managing electronic billing submissions, and ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines. You'll also play a key role in monitoring invoice status, resolving billing issues, supporting month-end close activities, and maintaining strong relationships with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders.
