Responsibilities

• Manage full billing cycle for assigned attorneys and clients, including proforma, invoice review, edits, and final billing.
• Prepare and distribute billing proformas, invoices, timecard summaries, and related reports.
• Ensure timely, accurate invoicing and follow up on approvals and outstanding issues.
• Maintain client accounts per billing agreements and outside counsel guidelines.
• Process electronic invoices (EDI/e-billing) accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor past-due accounts and resolve billing-related issues.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full billing cycle for assigned attorneys and clients, including proforma generation, invoice review, edits, and final billing.
• Prepare and distribute billing proformas, invoices, timecard summaries, and billing-related reports.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and accepted client invoicing while proactively following up on billing approvals and outstanding issues.
• Maintain client accounts in accordance with billing agreements, outside counsel guidelines, and alternative fee arrangements.
• Process electronic invoices (EDI/e-billing) accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and follow up on past-due accounts, researching and resolving billing-related issues.
