• Maintain client/matter information, billing rates, budgets, and billing instructions.
• Monitor billing deadlines and support month- and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze billing and financial data and prepare routine and ad hoc reports.
• Respond to attorney and client billing inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Billing Manager, Finance team, and other departments on projects and initiatives.
