Job summary

Stripe is seeking a highly experienced Billing Solutions Architect to serve as a technical advisor for our customers. You will drive adoption of Stripe's billing capabilities, working with sales, product, and engineering to ensure successful go-lives and to influence the product roadmap based on customer needs.

You will build deep customer relationships, develop tailored technical solutions, and scale knowledge through training and assets, contributing to Stripe's mission at a global scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical sales or pre-sales focusing on solution architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in payments/fintech.
• Strong technical acumen in API integrations and SaaS architectures.
• Extensive experience with subscription, billing, and payment solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on billing and revenue recognition solutions.
• Architect elegant solutions addressing specific customer challenges, including complex integrations.
• Partner with sales and alliances teams to drive opportunities for large customers.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development and prioritization.
• Create and share best practices, reusable assets, and training materials.
• Help resolve complex technical issues for key customers with engineering teams.
• Represent technical aspects in sales forecasts and identify blockers.
• Participate in marketing events and executive briefings.
