Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with platform customers, earning trust with C-level and technical decision makers. You will architect business models, drive monetization opportunities, and secure technical wins.

You will lead strategy engagements, perform deep customer discovery, and champion Stripe capabilities across Payments, Billing, and Connect in global deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer) for a global software enterprise.
• Executive engagement with credibility at all levels.
• Strong facilitation and customer meeting leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and API architecture.
• Excellent spoken and written communication; able to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define customer strategy within Platform accounts and close complex opportunities.
• Advise CIO/CTO/COO/Head of Product Engineering on Stripe solutions.
• Design end-to-end transformation journeys and roadmaps with integrations.
• Conduct business research on customers, industries, and competitors.
• Lead strategic engagements to align with business priorities and secure technical wins.
• Expand Stripe footprint into new markets and business units with new capabilities.
