Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Global Head of Specialist Solutions Architecture for Revenue to build and lead the worldwide team, shaping the technical sales strategy and guiding product engineering across markets. You will recruit, mentor, and develop experts in billing and revenue recognition, while championing the voice of customers to drive adoption and expansion across Stripe's revenue management ecosystem.

Qualifications

Fifteen plus years in a technical sales role (solutions consulting/engineering/architecture).
At least ten years in a technical pre-sales leadership position with billing/revenue focus.
Proven track record building and scaling architecture teams in SaaS or consumption-based businesses.
Deep knowledge of subscription models, billing systems, and revenue recognition principles.
Strong ability to influence CXOs and technical leaders across global markets.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Stripe's technical sales strategy for the revenue suite with cross-functional partners.
Build repeatable playbooks and best practices for billing and revenue recognition offerings.
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a global Specialist Solutions Architecture team.
Influence product direction and priorities based on customer feedback and market needs.
Drive customer adoption, value realization, and expansion with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product Engineering.
Lead thought leadership through presentations and whitepapers, fostering cross-regional collaboration.
