You will build deep relationships with stakeholders, plan technical account strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and scalable billing solutions.

The role requires extensive client-facing experience, strong technical acumen across APIs, SQL, and billing systems, and a proven ability to drive business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise-level client-facing work experience.
• Experience supporting billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and related monetization challenges.
• Strong product sense and ability to solve complex user problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead consultative conversations.

Responsibilities

• Provide gold-standard experience to key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver smooth support and actionable feedback.
• Develop long-term user relationships to foster loyalty to Stripe and its products.
• Lead user-facing meetings in person and via video conferencing.
• Create user-facing content for long-term solutions and best practices.
