Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in technical sales or pre-sales roles focusing on solution architecture and best practices
• Minimum 5+ years of current experience in payments, fintech, or related industry
• Strong technical acumen in API integrations, SaaS platforms, and enterprise architectures including order-to-cash and billing systems
• Extensive experience with subscription, billing, and payment solutions
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on billing and revenue recognition, including order-to-cash processes and the competitive landscape
• Architect elegant, scalable solutions addressing customer challenges and integrations
• Partner with sales and alliances to drive opportunities with large customers and guide implementations
• Provide actionable customer insights to influence product development and feature prioritization
• Create reusable assets and training materials to scale knowledge across the organization
• Help resolve complex technical issues with customer success and engineering teams
• Represent technical aspects in sales forecasts and identify blockers with proposed solutions
• Engage in market events and executive briefings to support go-to-market efforts
