Job summary

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead our billing, credentialing, accounts receivable and collections. This on-site, full-time role drives accurate financial operations, timely reporting, and robust internal controls across our organization in the Northeast.

You will oversee the billing and collections team, manage cash flow, and partner with departments to ensure efficient processes and superior service to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, credentialing, or financial operations management.
• Experience supervising administrative, billing, or accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of credentialing, billing procedures, AR, collections, and AP.
• Experience with month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations including AR, billing, cash management.
• Manage billing and collections team with accurate invoicing and collections.
• Review aging reports and improve payment timelines.
• Oversee cash deposits, ACH and card transactions reconciliation.
• Lead month-end close and financial reporting.
• Manage special billing for key commercial accounts and invoicing.
• Oversee credentialing, COIs and vendor portals compliance.
• Manage payment enrollment, returns, and reversals.
• Lead and develop billing and collections team.
• Establish internal controls and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial info.
• Participate in senior management meetings.
