Job summary

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking a Billing Manager to oversee billing, credentialing, accounts receivable, and collections. You will lead the billing and collections team, ensuring accurate processes, timely reporting, and strong internal controls in a full-time, office-based role.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on financial leadership, the ability to juggle priorities, and a track record of optimizing billing operations while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, credentialing, accounts receivable, billing, or financial operations management.
• Experience supervising an administrative, billing, or accounting team.
• Strong understanding of credentialing, billing procedures, accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable.
• Experience with month-end closing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, collections, and credentialing to ensure accuracy.
• Lead accounts receivable, aging, and cash management.
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Supervise and develop the billing and collections team.
• Ensure internal controls and efficient processes.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial reporting.
• Maintain COI compliance and credentialing documentation.
• Oversee payment processing and dispute resolutions.
