Job summary

AMR Roofing is seeking a Billing Admin to oversee the full billing cycle across multiple offices. You will manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support cash flow and compliance.

You will coordinate with insurance companies, mortgagees, subcontractors, and internal teams, generate weekly/monthly reports, and implement process improvements to reduce delays and boost collections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in billing, accounting, or accounts receivable management.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication for dealing with insurers, mortgagees, clients and subs.
• Ability to analyze financial data and produce accurate reports.
• Familiarity with lien rights, state billing laws, and collections (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end billing cycle, invoicing, AR, and payments.
• Oversee collection of ACV checks, depreciation, deductibles, and supplements.
• Submit COCs and documents to insurance companies for payment release.
• Collaborate with mortgage companies to secure endorsements and funds.
• Review and reconcile invoices for subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monthly bank reconcile and Cost Accounting.
• Coordinate with supplement team, production, and sales for billing accuracy.
• Track outstanding payments and escalate as needed.
• Generate weekly and monthly billing reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, lien laws, and policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce delays.
