Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a Billing Associate in Orlando to prepare accurate client installment and audit invoices, maintain revenue reporting by client and location, and analyze variances against budget. Responsibilities include reconciling client claim disbursement accounts, delivering invoice reporting, and resolving issues for internal and external customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate degree in Accounting/Finance preferred and at least two years of billing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Two (2) years of billing or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients; properly allocates revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.
• Generates and maintains department systems.
• Maintains a system of Recurring Journal Entries to accurately defer annual, semi-annual, and quarterly revenue.
• Keys journal entries for accounting staff.
• Maintains client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.
• Creates monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.
