Job summary

EFI Global in Olympia, WA is seeking a Billing Clerk to create client installments and invoices, allocate revenue to clients and locations, and analyze variances against budget. You will reconcile accounts and deliver reporting packages to internal and external customers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, an Associate degree in Accounting or Finance, and at least two years of billing experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Two years billing or related experience required
• Proficient in general accounting practices and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Create accurate installments and per-claim invoices for assigned clients; allocate revenue to clients and locations
• Generate and maintain department systems
• Record recurring journal entries to defer revenue
• Enter journal entries for accounting staff
• Maintain client billing files with current instructions and contracts
• Produce monthly revenue vs. budget variance reports
