Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join our Financial team, focused on hands-on coordination of the e-billing and payment cycle, including posting payments, charge corrections, and monthly reconciliations across offices.

The role leads the e-billing and receivables staff, supports auditors, and partners with the Controller and Accounting to improve timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency of billing processes while ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Five years of legal billing/receivables experience and knowledge of billing software.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Applications including Excel, Outlook and Access.
