Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Five years of legal billing/receivables experience and knowledge of accounting principles
• Advanced experience in e-billing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and develop staff while delivering high-quality work

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate observance of e-billing requirements and processes
• Prepare monthly, semi-monthly and ad-hoc billing reports for clients
• Ensure timely invoice submission based on timelines
• Create and distribute operational and billing reports to management
• Collaborate with Controller to optimize billing timeliness and accuracy
• Support internal and external auditors as requested
• Supervise e-billing and receivables staff
• Provide performance feedback and participate in hiring decisions
