Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant training, skills, and experience.
• Five or more years managing a large team in a high-volume environment with a track record of improved performance.
• Experience in a law firm and with eBilling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic updates about billing to firm leadership.
• Review and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly billing reports as required.
• Monitor Billing transactions for accuracy, timeliness, and policy conformance.
• Develop strategies to optimize workflow and client invoicing.
• Collaborate with attorneys and Legal Support to design invoicing meeting client needs.
