Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic updates about billing to team leadership.
• Review and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
• Review and monitor Billing transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop strategies to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with attorneys and Legal Support to design invoicing meeting client needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries with high-quality service.
• Liaise between Legal, Billing, and other Troutman teams.
• Monitor timekeeping policies to ensure client guidelines.
• Oversee the Billing process and monthly close cycle.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Billing team members.
