Future, a Primoris Company, seeks a senior billing operations leader in Texas to drive strategic planning, improve process efficiencies, and manage multiple projects. The role oversees billing and collections, ensures compliance with regulations, and delivers timely month-end closings and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will lead a growing team, partner with clients and vendors, and leverage ERP systems to optimize performance. Strong Excel and Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an Accounting role.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and priority setting for billing operations.
• Improve process efficiencies and solve problems.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Audit current procedures to improve efficiency of billing.
• Ensure activities comply with department protocol and regulations.
• Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes.
• Perform month-end closing of billing group information.
• Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.
• Prepare and analyze AR reports and weekly/monthly financial reports.
