Job summary

Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking an experienced Billing Operations Manager to lead the strategic planning and prioritization of a high-volume billing team in Texas. You will optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive accuracy in monthly closings and AR reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, at least 7 years in accounting, and strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team of billers and collaborate with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an Accounting role.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and priority setting for billing operations.
• Improve process efficiencies and solve problems across the team.
• Audit current procedures to monitor billing efficiency and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes.
• Plan month-end closing and generate AR and financial reports.
