Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Billing Operations leader to own and optimize global billing and collections. You will drive end-to-end invoicing post-Closed Won, ensure contract alignment with systems like NetSuite and Salesforce, and manage collections while improving DSO and cash application accuracy.

The role emphasizes SOX controls, cross-functional collaboration with RevOps and Deal Desk, and leadership of a global team in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in billing operations or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong Order to Cash experience.

Responsibilities

• Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing lifecycle post-Closed Won, including billing setup, validation, and delivery.
• Ensure alignment across Salesforce, contract terms, and NetSuite to minimize downstream errors and revenue impact.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex billing issues, disputes, and exceptions.
• Lead collections processes, including AR aging, follow-ups, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor and drive performance against key metrics such as DSO, past due balances, and collection effectiveness.
• Ensure timely and accurate cash application and reconciliation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Global Billing Operations team.
