Job summary

Moroch Partners, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Billing Operations Leader in Dallas to drive client invoicing accuracy and timeliness. You will coach a billing team, ensure adherence to agreements and budgets, and partner with Controllers to optimize billing parameters and revenue recognition.

You will oversee reconciliations, reporting, and controls across accounts, helping protect revenue and client satisfaction while supporting audits and transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field with ability to interpret client agreements and billing documentation.
• Experience in billing, AR, revenue accounting or related financial operations across multiple accounts.
• Proven leadership of billing or accounting personnel and successful month-end close support.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and billing platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client billing operations for assigned accounts, ensuring on-time, accurate invoices.
• Lead and develop the billing team with coaching, workload planning, and performance management.
• Validate billing support, vendor charges, and cost allocations for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve invoice questions and disputes with clients and internal partners to protect revenue.
• Manage reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting of billing activity and KPIs.
• Monitor budgets, scopes of work, and milestones against client agreements and invoices.
• Support onboarding, transitions, and documentation for audits and controls.
