Job summary

Vertage Inc. is seeking a Billing Manager to lead end-to-end billing, ensure accurate invoicing and strong cash-flow support. You will oversee the billing lifecycle, manage escalations, and partner across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Client Services to protect revenue.

The role requires 5+ years in billing/AR, leadership experience, and advanced Excel with ERP/pay-bill systems. A proactive, process-improvement mindset is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in billing, AR, or finance operations.
• At least three years in people leadership.
• Strong invoicing, AR, collections and revenue controls knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP/pay-bill experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily billing operations across multiple business lines.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing per contracts.
• Monitor billing productivity, cycles, and SLAs.
