Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager in Nashville to lead credit, billing, collections, and cash application while driving DSO improvements and strong internal controls.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve disputes, implement process improvements, and mentor the AR team. This role emphasizes data-driven reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of progressive AR, Credit & Collections, or O2C experience; 2 to 4 years supervisory/people management.
• Strong understanding of credit risk evaluation, financial statement analysis, cash application procedures, and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit, billing, and collection policies to align with cash flow goals.
• Manage day-to-day Order-to-Cash process with timely billing and cash application.
