Job summary

AMR ROOFING is seeking a Billing Admin to manage the full billing cycle, including invoicing, collections, and payments across multiple offices. You will coordinate with insurance companies, mortgage firms, and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely cash flow.

The role emphasizes leadership in billing processes, accuracy in RE/COCs submissions, and regular financial reporting to senior management. Experience with QuickBooks Online and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or accounts receivable management.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication with insurance adjusters, mortgage companies, clients, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with lien rights, state billing laws, and collections (preferred).
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing cycle including invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Oversee collection of ACV checks, depreciation, deductibles, supplements.
• Submit certificates of completion to insurance companies for payment.
• Coordinate with mortgage companies to secure endorsements and funds release.
• Review and reconcile invoices for subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly billing reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Identify process improvements to increase billing efficiency.
