Job summary

Rose Paving LLC seeks a Billing Associate to manage customer invoices across multiple regions. The role supports Accounts Receivable and Billing teams by ensuring timely billing, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining documentation.

A detail-oriented professional will collaborate with Project Accounting and Operations to improve billing accuracy, support cash flow, and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of billing, accounts receivable, or accounting experience.
• Construction or project-based billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Verify billing information and supporting documentation prior to invoicing.
• Ensure invoices comply with contract requirements and billing guidelines.
• Process credit memos, adjustments, and billing corrections as needed.
• Monitor billing queues to issue invoices within deadlines.
• Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Project Accounting, Operations, and Project Managers to obtain billing documentation.
• Assist customers with invoice requests and billing questions.
• Track invoice status and assist with reporting on billing metrics.
• Support regional teams with billing status updates and invoice tracking.
