Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior leader to oversee Billing Operations across its operating companies, ensuring accurate, timely bill calculation and delivery. You will standardize billing rules, manage analytics, and collaborate with Field Services, Metering, and Contact Center to resolve issues and uphold consistent customer experiences.

The role requires a strong background in utility billing, strategic planning, and people leadership, with a track record of reducing manual processing and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in utility billing operations or related field.
• At least five years in a management/supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to reduce manual processing through standardized rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing accuracy and timeliness across OpCos with standardized rules.
• Lead centralized billing analytics and reporting.
• Partner with Field Services and Metering leadership to resolve upstream issues.
