Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, communications or related discipline required.
• 8–10 years of experience in related business discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging employees.
• Knowledge of Regulatory and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale projects, budgets and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct Billing Operations team to meet service levels and quality expectations.
