• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, public policy or related field plus 12+ years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience administering programs subject to state and federal regulatory requirements; strong controls and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payment processing and reconciliation across OpCos with enterprise standards and approval authority.
• Lead assistance program execution across OpCos including funding availability and customer outreach.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements; advise on funding strategies and program design.
• Establish standardized reporting and performance measures for OpCos to enable comparison.
