Carrier is seeking a Billing Analyst to support the North America Field Service billing readiness, validating completion, customer authorization, and accurate cost postings to ensure timely invoicing.

In this role you will partner with field offices and internal teams, monitor open orders, assist month-end close, resolve billing issues, and drive process improvements for the billing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in business, administrative, operations, billing, finance, or customer support.
• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsabilités

• Validate billing readiness by confirming customer authorization and job/project completion.
• Review and correct cost postings and billing discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate professionally with field offices about status and follow-up actions.
• Monitor open order activity and support month-end close to ensure timely billing readiness.
• Assist with customer disputes by researching issues and providing updates.
• Upload produced invoices into Customer Portals for payment.
• Perform updates in systems to support accurate billing and reporting.
• Meet established performance metrics and service expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for the billing process.
