Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Billing Analyst to support the billing readiness process for North America Field Service. You will validate job completion, confirm customer authorization, and ensure accurate cost postings for billing. You will collaborate with field offices to resolve issues and support month-end close.

The role requires 5+ years in billing/related environments and at least 1 year using MS Office. Experience with ServiceMax, Salesforce, or SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing, admin, operations, finance, or customer support.
• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Validate jobs for billing readiness by confirming customer authorization and completion status.
• Review and correct cost postings and billing discrepancies.
• Communicate with field offices regarding job status and required follow-up actions.
• Monitor open order activity and support month-end close activities.
• Assist with customer disputes by researching issues and providing updates.
• Upload produced invoices into Customer Portals for payment.
• Update systems to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
• Meet established performance metrics and service expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and improve customer experience.
