Job summary

Qualifications

• Moderate level communication skills; able to read and write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Enter, extract, and compile records to support customer billing (timecards, purchase orders, invoices, sales tickets).
• Assist with preparation of invoices to customers.
• Post transactions to customer accounting records and ensure accurate information for follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Support department functions and perform general clerical duties as needed.
