Maxim Crane Works, LP is seeking a Billing Specialist to accurately process invoices, manage timecards and related documents for assigned locations. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure timely billing.

The role requires 2+ years in billing or account reconciliation, strong MS Office skills, and excellent attention to detail. This is a standard office setting with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required.
• 2+ years' experience performing billing and/or account reconciliation.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Enter, extract, and compile records to support customer billing (timecards, purchase orders, invoices, sales tickets).
• Accurately calculate amounts due and assist with preparation of invoices.
• Post transactions to customer accounting records and ensure follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Provide information to teammates to support billing processes and required reporting.
• Perform filing and general clerical duties as needed.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned.
