Job summary

Thermosystems, a Daikin group member based in Elmhurst, IL, seeks an accounting professional to manage AP/AR invoicing and billing tasks daily. You will handle bi-monthly check runs, process expenses, and support service invoicing while communicating with management and customers with accuracy.

Ideal candidates hold accounting-related degrees, have accounting experience, and are proficient with Microsoft 365. This is a fulltime on-site role offering growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
• Proven experience in the accounting field.
• Background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Processes AP/AR invoices and billing daily.
• Completes bi-monthly AP check runs.
• Makes judgments on significant accounting items related to billing.
• Communicates with management and customers on billing issues.
• Enters Utility and Employee expenses.
• Assists Service Department with invoicing.
• Completes credit memo log and audits monthly.
• Conducts weekly shipment audits.
• Maintains regular communication with the sales team.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
