Thermosystems, a Daikin group member based in Elmhurst, IL, seeks an accounting professional to manage AP/AR invoicing and billing tasks daily. You will handle bi-monthly check runs, process expenses, and support service invoicing while communicating with management and customers with accuracy.

• Enters Utility and Employee expenses.
• Assists Service Department with invoicing.
• Completes credit memo log and audits monthly.
• Conducts weekly shipment audits.
• Maintains regular communication with the sales team.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Processes AP/AR invoices and billing daily.
• Complete bi-monthly AP check runs.
• Uses judgment to make decisions on significant accounting items dealing with billing, credit, etc.
• Communicate with both management and customers on issues revolving around billing.
• Enters Utility and Employee expenses.
• Assist Service Department with invoicing.
• Complete credit memo log and audit monthly.
• Complete a weekly shipment audit.
• Communicate with sales team on a regular basis.
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in an accounting related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in the accounting field.
• Highschool diploma or GED is required.
• Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $27.00 - $29.80 / hr. in Illinois. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
