Job summary

You will handle credit memo logs, monthly audits, and assist the service department with invoicing while coordinating with management and the sales team to resolve billing issues.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Proven experience in the accounting field.
• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Processes AP/AR invoices and billing daily.
• Complete bi-monthly AP check runs.
• Uses judgment to make decisions on significant accounting items dealing with billing.
• Communicate with both management and customers on issues revolving around billing.
• Enters Utility and Employee expenses.
• Assist Service Department with invoicing.
• Complete credit memo log and audit monthly.
• Complete a weekly shipment audit.
• Communicate with sales team on a regular basis.
• All other duties assigned.
