Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes AP/AR invoices and billing daily.
• Completes bi-monthly AP check runs.
• Makes judgments on billing, credit, and related items.
• Communicates with management and customers about billing issues.
• Enters Utility and Employee expenses.
• Assists Service Department with invoicing.
• Completes credit memo log and monthly audit.
• Performs weekly shipment audits.
• Communicates regularly with the sales team.
• All other duties as assigned.
