LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Tempe, AZ with hiring a Customer Service Specialist on a contract to hire basis. You will deliver exceptional service, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience with a friendly, empathetic approach.

Key responsibilities include handling invoice and billing questions, using tools to resolve issues, and maintaining product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Formación

• 2+ years recent customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm, customer-first attitude in fast-paced or escalated situations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding invoice and billing questions.
• Provide clear guidance with patience and professionalism to customers.
• Use tools and systems to resolve issues with emphasis on first-contact resolution.
• Build understanding of products, policies, procedures, and technical systems.
• Communicate effectively via verbal and written channels and adapt to customer needs.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for productivity, quality, and attendance.
