Job summary

LHH Recruitment is assisting a Tempe-based company in locating a Customer Service representative. The position is on-site Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with a fully onsite requirement for the first 90 days and potential hybrid flexibility after training if KPIs are met.

You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, resolve issues, document interactions, and deliver professional, responsive service to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience required in a call center setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and emails.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and general account or service information.
• Research and resolve customer issues while providing accurate information.
• Document customer interactions and update information in company systems.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure issues are addressed appropriately.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude while handling multiple priorities.
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
