LHH in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Client Service Representative to handle inbound calls and emails for existing and potential clients. You will assist with invoicing, billing, quotes, POs, shipping, tracking, and warranty returns, while supporting South American customers.

The role emphasizes delivering customer-focused solutions and maintaining accurate records in our systems. Strong Spanish fluency and MS Office skills are required, with a commitment to ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business‑to‑business customer service experience with a stable work history.
• Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Customer‑focused personality with a desire to help others.
• Continuous learning mindset and openness to constructive criticism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a client contact for current customers, new customers, and South American customers.
• Research and respond to customer questions and complaints, offering appropriate solutions.
• Resolve product or service problems by determining causes and selecting the best resolution.
• Process customer orders and enter them into the company’s software for fulfillment.
