Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with account questions, service requests, billing concerns, and payments.
• Resolve issues efficiently with clear explanations and solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
• Create and update service requests, work orders, and account records.
• Process customer payments and assist with online payment tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve concerns and retain customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data security policies.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members.
• Complete data entry and other projects while meeting quality standards.
