Job summary

Bunzl is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support business customer accounts in Tempe, AZ. You will handle a high volume of inquiries and orders, acting as a liaison between sales, warehouse, and billing to ensure a smooth order experience.

The role demands strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with daily 8–5 hours, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or account support experience.
• Ability to work independently and resolve inquiries.
• Experience with order entry or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication across phone, email, and written channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50–100+ daily customer interactions (inbound calls, email, EDI, and fax).
• Process and manage high-volume customer orders with accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
• Act as a point of contact between customers, sales, warehouse, and billing teams.
• Expedite orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and meet needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and processes.
• Support additional customer service and administrative tasks.
