Gresham Sanitary is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, document information for billing, and address equipment or service needs. This role supports timely and accurate information delivery while assisting with operational tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Fast and accurate typing with 10-key data entry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to create payment batches and apply payments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Fill out forms accurately to capture essential customer information and service requests.
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits, and prepare records for changes of address.
• Issue stop service orders and ensure documentation is properly processed.
• Interact professionally with customers and Gresham Sanitary employees to identify service requirements and resolve issues.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail while communicating by phone.
• Prorate customer accounts as necessary based on changes to account services.
• Assist other departments and perform additional duties to support operations.
