GFI Digital is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure excellent customer service and accurate billing for our clients. You will support the Sales and Service Departments to grow the customer base and maintain contract billing across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and detail orientation. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing discounts, loading meter reads, and coordinating with leasing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Answer and return customer calls.
• Gather information about current customers for Sales Representatives.
• Assist inquiries regarding invoices, contracts, and leasing questions.
• Enter and maintain contract billing and meter reads.
• Process discounts and ensure accurate billing for all contracts.
• Prepare and distribute invoices; ensure timely billing cycles.
