Qualifications

• Direct experience with billing in a service-based industry.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills or higher.
• Ability to follow SOPs and communicate professionally with management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly billing adjustments with required approvals.
• Researches and resolves routine and non-routine billing questions.
• Determines adjustment codes for transactions per SOP.
• Reviews invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Follows up to resolve discrepancies with customers or division staff.
