Qualifications

• 3-5 years of corporate billing and contract management experience.
• Experience with high-volume billing.
• Experience billing according to company contracts.
• Account reconciliation experience.
• ERP system experience.
• Collections experience is a plus.

• Experience in a fast-paced corporate administrative environment.
• Strong professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume billing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage billing activities according to customer and company contracts
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies
• Support collections activities as needed
• Maintain accurate billing records within ERP systems
• Communicate professionally with internal departments and customers regarding billing inquiries
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing while meeting company deadlines
